tweagueAnother two (short) parts of Variations up! In which I am even more half-arsed about titles and summaries than usual, because I had not even considered these things before this afternoon and I am tired!
April, 1927: Bait, Hook - c.5300 words, G rated. Algy sits in a bar and gets grumpy about things, then pays a call he probably shouldn't. Featuring LOTTE my beloved in her first recorded appearance to date! I love how everyone in this fandom has their own totally independent headcanon version of von Stalhein's unnamed sister, and we are all really passionate about her :D Lotte is my version.
May, 1927: Threshold - c.4600 words, G rated. Biggles has a bad night/week/year/decade, and somehow the aftermath is worse; Algy looks for connection in all the wrong (right) places. Also, if you ever wondered about 'the time I shinned a drain pipe in Lindi while being shot at' in gatty's Polyphony - this is that time!
